If the bidders do not meet reserve and the vehicle does not sell, you can on our system make an offer to the highest bidder. You do this buy clicking on the Seller’s Offer link in the checkout process and the highest bidder will be sent an email with your offer. {Only the highest bidder will be sent your offer}. You will be notified by email of the acceptance or rejection of your offer. If your offer is accepted it will be treated the same as that bidder winning the auction and the checkout process will proceed as normal. Below is how the actual Seller’s Offer form.
