Bid Retraction Process
 
Key Points to remember before you retract any bid:
  • Keep in mind every bid on Online-Auto-Auctions.com is binding on you as the buyer. In addition, if you bid on multiple items and are the successful bidder, you must be able to purchase each one.
  • Make sure you carefully read the vehicle’s description. If you have any questions about the vehicle, write the Seller through the Ask A Question on the Item page itself.
 
Bid Retraction Form and Usage
  • If you accidently enter the wrong bid amount, re-enter the proper amount immediately.
  • If the vehicle’s description has changed significantly and the seller does not respond to your inquiries and request for an explanation – first send the seller a request to cancel your bid. Then fill in the required fields below to notify Online-Auto-Auctions of your bid retraction and the reason for it.
